MATERIAL/STOCK HANDLER

Essential Duties

• Review sales order packets to determine proper material grade and thickness.
• Locate and retrieve material to be processed using overhead crane/or towmotor.
• Place material in staging area for burning machine.
• Assist in loading and unloading material to and from burning machine.
• Mark and color code plates as necessary on inbound inventory (i.e. bill of lading number on each military plate).
• Stock lumber appropriately – general housekeeping.
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Towmotor experience
• Overhead crane experience
• Steel manufacturing experience
