EndurAlloy

Engineered Bearings International manufactures EndurAlloy materials: sintered metals of bronze, iron, or nickel with graphite and other dry lubricants contained in their structure. These compositions have excellent strength, while providing ample lubrication under a variety of operating conditions.

By combining the economic benefits of PM production wit the excellent lubricating properties of graphite, EBI can offer these cost efficient, versatile, self-lubricating bearing materials.

EndurAlloy 2000 Series
Lead-free bronze materials well-suited for normal operating conditions or where high temperature, heavy load, slow speed, or dirt contamination prohibit use of conventional lubricants.

EndurAlloy 3000 Series
Iron-based materials for use where temperatures exceed the range limits of bronze alloys.

EndurAlloy 4000 Series
Nickel-based materials for use in extremely high temperatures, corrosive atmospheres, or where shock loading could occur.

EndurAlloy Pilloy Blocks & Flange Units
Using 2000, 3000, and 4000 series EndurAlloy inserts, these self-aligning, self-lubricating bearing assemblies are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Wear Plates

Structure
EndurAlloy wear plates are a metallurgical structure of bronze/graphite self-lubricating material bonded to a carbon steel backing plate. This bi-metallic construction gives maximum load capacity while providing superior dry lubrication in the absence of or in conjunction with conventional lubricants. These plates can be machined, cut, or formed into regular or irregular shapes to provide lubrication for linear or oscillating movements.
