Herbert C. Neides — President and Chief Executive Officer Herb joined Clifton Steel Company in 2001 as Manager of Special Projects and Operational Development. In 2003, he transitioned to Vice President and Director of Operations serving as key strategist in the expansion and relocation of Clifton Steel to its new 140,000-square-foot facility in Maple Heights. Taking the lead as President and CEO in 2007, Herb has refined the management team's qualifications, improved Clifton Steel's quality control systems and expanded manufacturing capabilities to include quenching and tempering of military ballistics armor steel. He continues to guide growth and development, delivering to customer's industry-leading quality, innovation and product performance. |

Howard Feldenkris — Vice President of Finance Howard has over 30 years of financial management experience, with expertise in budgeting and planning, capital development and acquisitions. Prior to joining Clifton Steel, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Whirlaway Corporation, where he was a key member of the management team, growing annual sales from $15 million to $80 million through organic growth and acquisitions. Since joining Clifton Steel in 2009, Howard has focused on improving inventory control systems, streamlining financial systems, improving management reporting and building depth into all aspects of the management team. |

Bill Bernay — Plant Manager Bill has 28+ years of experience in metals operations, quality and engineering. Involved in the manufacture of non-ferrous metals, he held technical management positions at Chase Brass & Copper, Revere Copper Products and PMX Industries. Bill Has hands on experience with casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, laboratory testing, as well as with various coil processing and metal finishing operations. For the past 12 years he managed the manufacturing ferrous materials and welded assemblies. He is versed in stamping, heat-treating and assembly operations, implementing quality systems, TS/ISO/QS registrations, directing new product launches, Six Sigma programs and value added engineering programs. Bill has been the Plant Manager at Clifton Steel since 2009. |

Bruce W. Goodman — Vice President, Director of Customer Service Bruce started in the metals industries working as a plate burner and shipping clerk for Cleveland Punch & Die Co/Trusteel Inc. He joined Clifton Steel in 1985 as an inventory clerk and quickly advanced to Railroad Parts Manager where he managed inside sales, purchasing and production. Bruce was instrumental in growing that segment of Clifton Steel's business from $400K in sales to $5 Million. Promoted to Customer Service Manager in 2004, he spearheaded the implementation of the current ERP/MRP system. Bruce became Vice President in 2008 and continues to drive efficiencies in all aspects of Clifton Steel's organization while delivering extraordinary customer service. |

Peter Hallahan – Sales Manager, Commercial Division With over twenty five years of successful sales leadership, Pete has worked with hundreds of manufacturing companies in assessing needs and designing programs for quality performance improvement. In 2006 Pete developed a sales team that was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of America's 500 fastest growing companies. Pete joined Clifton Steel in 2010 coming from GearTec, Inc., a United Stars Company. He has worked closely with engineering, and manufacturing to add real value to his customers through problem solving, cost cutting and process improvement. Pete attributes his success in business development by entering into strategic relationships with customers that not only deliver products but more importantly provide cost cutting, innovative solutions that add real value to the customers bottom line. |

Peter Klein — Recycling Industry Specialist Peter has 36 years of steel sales experience in the steel industry, primarily with Clifton Steel, providing a wealth of product and application expertise to our customers. Peter helped spearhead the development of the company's expansive scrap and recycling markets. He is fluent in several languages; from early in Peter's career, this allowed Clifton Steel to cultivate relationships with customers around the world. In addition to expertly managing sales for Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, Peter represents Clifton Steel's scrap and recycling services throughout the U.S. Territory. |

Richard Miller — Director of Marketing Richard's 20+ years of experience in the steel industry ranges from steel tubular products and hydraulic applications, to sales, marketing and production. In the tubular industry, he was involved with JIT programs and other customer service and supply-chain functions. Since joining Clifton Steel 12 years ago as sales and marketing manager, Richard has led Clifton Steel's commercial sales team in the development of new markets and innovative applications for Clifton Steel's expansive list of commercial products and services. |

Jim Somogyi — Armor Plate Manager Jim joined Clifton Steel with 24 years of experience working for A.M. Castle & Co., a major steel service center. At Clifton Steel, Jim puts that wealth of experience to work as he manages purchasing and inventory to accommodate sales demand—and meet the express needs of our customers. He oversees development of the customer base and new accounts, maximizing profitability for products sold through increased sales of value-added products. Jim establishes the pricing policy for armor plate, prepares quotations for related jobs and manages integration with other departments to assure customer satisfaction. Jim also spearheads the development and implementation of the marketing effort for short- and long-term armor plates sales. |
